PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER (PLC) ENGINEER SENAI JOHOR

We are seeking a skilled PLC Engineer to develop, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-based control systems for industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of PLC programming, electrical control systems, and machine automation.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Allen-Bradley).
-Design, test, and commission automation and control systems.
-Diagnose electrical, control, and machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
-Perform system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
-Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve machine performance.
-Prepare technical documentation, electrical drawings, and system reports.

Requirements:
-Experience in PLC programming, HMI, and industrial automation.
-Knowledge of electrical schematics, sensors, motors, and control panels.
-Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Willingness to support machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting when required.
