Sales and Marketing Representative

Sales
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and walk-ins
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable F&B equipment
Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and manage sales leads
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
Follow up on enquiries and work towards converting leads into sales
Assist with product demonstrations, promotions and sales activities
Marketing
Plan and create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
Create short-form videos, product showcases and promotional content
Manage social media posting and content schedules
Develop creative ideas to promote F&B equipment and company projects
Assist in marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities
Keep up with current social media, F&B and market trends
Monitor basic social media performance and engagement
Content Creation
Take photos and videos of products, projects and company activities
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar platforms
Create engaging captions, hooks and promotional materials
Turn products and projects into simple, relatable and interesting content
Comfortable appearing on camera is an advantage

Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Confident when speaking with customers
Creative and comfortable with social media
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools
Proactive and willing to try new ideas
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn about commercial kitchen and F&B equipment
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin is an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
