AI/ML Computer Vision Engineer (Local Malaysian - 1 year con

Job Description

We are looking for an AI/ML Computer Vision Engineer with at least 4 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing computer vision and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python and C++, with experience in image processing, object detection, deep learning, and video analytics.

Responsibilities

* Develop and improve computer vision and machine learning models.
* Implement object detection solutions for image and video analysis.
* Perform image processing and video frame extraction using OpenCV.
* Prepare and evaluate datasets for model training and testing.
* Develop and test AI/ML models using PyTorch or similar frameworks.
* Optimize model performance for efficient processing and deployment.
* Work in a Linux-based development environment.
* Collaborate with team members to integrate and deploy AI/ML solutions.
* Troubleshoot issues and improve model accuracy and performance.
Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development or computer vision.
* Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
* Experience with object detection frameworks such as YOLO, Detectron2, or MMDetection.
* Knowledge of computer vision and image processing using OpenCV.
* Experience with PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks.
* Experience in video processing and dataset preparation.
* Familiarity with Linux development environments.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
