ASSISTANT / BRANCH MANAGER (KUANTAN)

Ensure warehouse always comply to FIFO system.
Ensure goods delivered to customer on designated time/ within delivery time frame.
Ensure POD returned to HQ within 5 working days after BPOD.
Improve Customer Satisfaction
Weekly engagement with customers
Monthly Report Submission
Supervision subordinate, ensure them work fopllow by company SOP.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Leadership & People and task managing skills
Able to work under pressure
Ability to coordinate and liaise in between multiple parties.
Ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa English.
Prefer Mandarin Speaker
Familiar with computer (able to operate computer/ handheld scanner)
Basic Microsoft Excel Knowledge and skills.
Basic Business writting skills.
Monthly fual analysis report for branch local truck.
