Production Operator

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Assist machine operators in preparing materials, loading and unloading materials, and supplying materials required for daily production.
2. Perform manual tasks such as folding, assembling, sorting, counting, and packing printed packaging products according to work instructions.
3. Conduct basic visual checks on products to identify obvious defects, damage, or incorrect quantities, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
4. Transfer raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to designated areas as instructed.
5. Ensure sufficient materials and supplies are available at the workstation to avoid production interruptions.
6. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at workstations, around machines, and in designated production areas.
7. Follow production instructions, quality requirements, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
8. Maintain good attendance and punctuality, demonstrate a responsible and serious attitude towards work, and complete assigned tasks within the required time-frame.
9. Cooperate with machine operators, production team members, and supervisors to ensure smooth daily production operations.
10. Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
