Production Manager (Garment Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities;

1. Lead and manage the overall production operations.
2. Plan, monitor and achieve daily, weekly and monthly production targets.
3. Ensure products meet quality, productivity and delivery standards.
4. Improve production efficiency through better planning and process improvements.
5. Analyse production data and implement corrective actions where needed.
6. Monitor production costs, material utilisation and labour efficiency.
7. Build and coach a high-performing team of supervisors and production staff.
8. Maintain a safe, organised and disciplined production environment.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in garment or apparel manufacturing.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing production teams.
- Strong understanding of garment construction and apparel manufacturing processes.
- Experience in production planning, line balancing and capacity planning.
- Proven track record of improving productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and coaching abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organisation.
- Experience in fashion, sportswear, uniforms, lingerie, OEM apparel or export garment manufacturing will be an advantage.
