Operator

- Always ensure a consistently safe working environment for production operators.
- Support the Production Supervisor in ensuring adherence to the daily production schedule.
- Oversee the achievement of daily production output targets by operators, ensuring the production of high-quality products and taking necessary actions to improve output.
- Monitor and control line waste and rejects, ensuring they remain within set limits.
- Continuously identify and implement strategies for reducing scrap and waste.
- Ensure full compliance with 5S standards on the production floor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of output data, material consumption, waste and reject data.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company rules and regulations.
- Response promptly to line downtimes to minimize machine downtime.
- Update and maintain all relevant documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
- Counsel and discipline production employees who fail to perform or violate company policies
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
