The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities;
-Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
-Identify customer needs, explain product benefits, and answer enquiries.
-Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customers.
-Achieve daily or monthly call, lead generation, and sales targets.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
-Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
-Work closely with the sales team to support business growth and achieve company goals.
