We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client outreach.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
-Present products or services, prepare quotations, and negotiate sales agreements.
-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
-Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities to close deals.
-Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
-Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-Previous sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
