Material Planner Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure production planning activities meet customer requirements through effective order receipt and analysis, production planning, shipment coordination, and output monitoring.

- Maintain and monitor daily production plans against actual output, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure customer order fulfillment.
- Manage new product introductions and coordinate smooth implementation activities.
- Plan and control product phase-out activities to prevent excess or obsolete inventory.
- Conduct customer order analysis to ensure accurate production planning and scheduling.
- Monitor and control inventory levels for assigned production lines to support uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate closely with Material Planners to ensure timely parts availability and effective material arrangement.
- Achieve departmental KPIs through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain close communication with customers regarding order requirements, delivery schedules, and supply-related matters.
- Analyze production performance, shipment status, and inventory trends to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure production plans align with business and customer requirements.

Job Requirement
1) Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
2) Proficient in Microsoft 's Office Application
3) Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4) Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
5) Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and order management.
