Project Manager cum Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager cum Business Analyst to lead end-to-end project delivery while managing business analysis activities. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, translating business needs into functional solutions, and ensuring successful project implementation within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
The role requires strong project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead end-to-end project implementation throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct project meetings, track action items, and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, training, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Business Analysis
• Engage business users and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and operational requirements.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and proposed solutions and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with developers, solution architects, QA teams, and vendors to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
• Support test planning, test case validation, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Min 5 + years on experience with project management and Business Analyst
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager cum Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery and business requirements management.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.
• Proficiency in project planning, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with UAT, testing coordination, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications would be an advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
