1.To implement and monitor the processing operation activities on raw materials, in-processing material, finished products, operating procedure and sanitation control programme.
2.To plan daily work schedule and materials requirement accurately to minimize wastage of materials.
3.Responsible for routine monitoring of cleanliness, safety and maintain equipment, machinery and utensils used.
4.To ensure that the materials and assets kept at the processing department are handled and stored in good condition.
5.To ensure that the subordinates adhere to the company rules and regulations at all times and implement QAP and HACCP programme and assure adherence to the programme by the subordinates, and to cooperate with QAE during the QA activities and act on findings.
6.Responsible for supervising and training of subordinates to ensure that they are skilled as required for their position.
7.To motivate and guide subordinate to improve productivity levels.
8.To prepare and submit daily production shift report to the head of processing on daily basis.
Perform any other duties as and when required by the management from time to time.
