Key responsibilities
- Plan movements between vendor, yard, Bintulu base, port, vessel and return destination.
- Receive, inspect, store, preserve and issue project materials, tools and equipment.
- Check certification, test status, MTO quantities, shortages and quarantine requirements.
- Prepare customs, shipping, cargo, loadout and backload documentation.
- Track rented and purchased items and reconcile stock, returns and damaged materials.
- Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation records with field and procurement teams.
Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant logistics experience with at least 3 years in a similar role, plus practical materials-management exposure.
- Shipping, customs and tax-exemption documentation, cargo planning, receiving inspection, warehousing, inventory control, certification, preservation, loadout and backload control.
