Store Assistant

1. Ensure items load correctly in term of customer, quantity, good and safe conditions.
2. Assist in transfer, store and standby finished goods in designated area.
3. Reporting to superior/admin coordinator on any goods discrepancy or damaged found during loading process or in standby area.
4. Upkeep 5S in Warehouse 1 area – ensure loading bay and standby area always in tidy, clean and safe condition.
5. Responsible for preparing customers’ order on daily basis.
6. Responsible to inform and fill goods return for stock return.
7. Responsible for updating superior on stock level in Warehouse 1 for re-order purpose.
8. To liaise with sales team with all the aspect of deliveries as per customers’ requirement.
9. Responsible for all the incoming stock, release correct stock and check balance stock at store.
10. Responsible for stocking shelves/replenishing goods in eCS.
11. Responsible to fill damaged report form for any damage found during loading process or in warehouse area.
