SMT Process & Equipment Engineer

Job responsibilities ：

1. Lead assigned products and monitor SMT yield and process performance, including SPI and AOI inspection, solder paste application, component placement, and reflow soldering profiles, to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
2. Set up and operate SMT equipment, including solder printers, SPI, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) systems, conventional and selective wave soldering machines;
3. Monitor and analyze equipment performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments;
4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of SMT equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation;
5. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and procedures for SMT equipment, and provide training to relevant personnel.
