Senior Planner (Subcon, 12 months contract)

• Accountable for delivery fulfilment @ subcons for production demand (for bump, sort, assembly, test, low-K, pre-assembly), able to engage factory management whenever necessary for escalated topics or task force related issues.
• Manage allocation with business units whenever needed.
• Drive material readiness including consigned material (if any) and ensure cost optimization without compromising delivery / supply with material stock level definition and material liability / buyback management with subcons.
• Responsible for WIP inventory flow (including residual FGs, aging inventory, etc.) and drive cycle time improvement
• Identify continuous improvement project with external partners
• Responsible for timely lot ownership/attribute change execution @ subcons in alignment with company’s business requirement.
• Identify operational gaps by analyzing supply chain and production performance indices @ subcon and define systemic approach to resolve issues permanently.
• Support new subcon enabling requirement for OSAT OPC (focus on PP workflow).
