Job Responsibilities :
• Conduct inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications.
• Record inspection results and prepare quality reports accurately and timely.
• Identify, report, and follow up on quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Assist in maintaining and updating quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and SIRIM 55: ESG requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits and assist in audit preparations.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Assist in stock verification, material inspections, and loading/unloading activities when required.
• Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing, Quality Control, Production, or a related industry.
* Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
* Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
* Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage.
* Experience in handling quality inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring equipment will be beneficial.
* Responsible, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently.
* Possess a positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
