Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Introduce and explain our products, including curtains, blinds, carpets and other interior decoration products.
Provide product information and recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Assist in preparing quotations, sales orders and invoices.
Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-in visits.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and installation arrangements.
Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain product samples, displays and showroom cleanliness.
Update customer records and assist with daily sales administration.
Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, patient and customer-service oriented.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in retail sales, customer service or interior decoration is an advantage.
Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
