Concierge

The Customer Experience Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a warm, welcoming, and premium experience at New Ocean World Fine Food City. This role supports guest assistance, directions, basic enquiries, and enhances the overall customer journey within the complex.

Key responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist with directions, restaurant information, and general enquiries.
• Support Concierge operations and customer service touchpoints.
• Handle basic customer feedback and escalate when necessary.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, promotions, and key highlights of the venue.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of concierge and lobby area
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience at all times
