💼 YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for:
📝 Preparing quotations for customers
💻 Processing Sales Orders and delivery data entry
📦 Issuing Purchase Requisitions (PR) when stock is insufficient
🚚 Coordinating with the Store/Warehouse team for delivery arrangements
📞 Handling customer enquiries via phone and walk-in customers
🤝 Supporting the Sales Team in daily operations
📋 Assisting with other projects or assignments as required by the Company or Group
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
🎓 Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in a related field
⭐ Preferably 2 years or more of relevant working experience
💻 Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
🗣️ Good communication and customer service skills
💪 Self-motivated, responsible and disciplined
👤 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
🌟 Positive attitude and willingness to learn
