Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate process capability for assigned section
- Monitoring, collect & analyze data for process
- Establish Working Instruction, Control Plan, FMEA and etc for production
- Study on the process and make necessary improvement on the process if found abnormal /
cause defect on product
- R&D of new product / new process / new material at the assigned section
- Responsible of new parameter combination of different materials to obtain best
performance and meet the reliability requirements
- Responsible for the study regarding change of parameter in process
- Responsible for process approval sheet (PAS)
- Identify the potential failure of a product/process and to analyse its cause and effects
- Other task that assigned by HOD

Requirements:
• Fresh graduates with no experience are encourage to apply
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Eelctrical Engineering/ Science or equivalent
• Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel
• Willing to learn & take initiative
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia . Proficiency in Japanese language will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently or in team
• Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang
