Retail Associate

We're a growing F&B supplies distributor selling to hawker stalls, kopitiams, restaurants, and cafes. We stock 10000+ SKUs and sell via direct wholesale, online marketplaces, resellers, etc. We're expanding and need a reliable team.
The Role
You'll manage customer sales, orders, and payments at our outlet.
Your Responsibilities:
Process orders and manage customer relationships
Handle payments (cash, card, digital) on our POS system and reconcile daily
Resolve customer issues with orders and deliveries
Monitor and respond to inquiries across multiple channels
Identify sales opportunities and promote products to customers
Keep accurate transaction records
What We Need
Fluent in Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus)
Comfortable with POS systems and handling cash/card payments
Accurate with numbers and detail-oriented
Reliable and trustworthy with money
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to learn and grow with us
