- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly.
- Keep dishwashing areas, sinks, and kitchen floors clean.
- Dispose of food waste and rubbish in designated areas.
- Store clean utensils and equipment properly.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.

- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and hotel public areas.
- Make beds and replace used bed linen and towels.
- Replenish toiletries and guest room supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost property to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
