MECHANIC

JOB DESCRIPTION
Indah Utara Enterprise is an authorised Chery & Jaecoo dealer in northern Malaysia. Our Chery Sungai Petani service centre is growing every month and we are looking for a skilled Mechanic to join the team.

What you will do
• Carry out periodic service, maintenance and repairs to Chery standards
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools
• Perform warranty repairs and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) on new vehicles
• Complete jobs within the promised time and record findings on the job card
• Keep tools, bays and the workshop clean and safe

What we’re looking for
• At least 2 years experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
• Able to diagnose faults independently – electrical / scanner experience is an advantage
• SKM, GIATMARA, ILP or ADTEC certificate in automotive is an advantage
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn new hybrid / EV technology

• Basic salary RM 1,700 – RM 2,300, depending on skill and experience

Working hours:
Monday – Saturday,
9:00am – 5:30pm.
Rest day: Sunday.
