1. Lead the process engineering team to achieve KPI targets, including but not limited to yield, scrap rate, production efficiency, and cost savings.
2. Develop, implement, and continuously optimize SMT manufacturing processes and process work instructions/documentation.
Lead the evaluation and qualification of new materials and new manufacturing processes.
Lead product failure analysis and investigate quality issues across all stages, including prototype, trial production, mass production, and market feedback, and provide effective corrective solutions.
Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians in their daily work.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Test, and Project teams to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency.
Drive the introduction of automation solutions to improve production efficiency and yield.
Reduce manufacturing costs through process optimization and the introduction of new materials and technologies.
Analyze and resolve abnormalities occurring in mass production products, and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented and sustained.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above, with good Chinese reading and writing skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SMT process engineering/manufacturing, with experience in the telecommunications or server industry preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical report-writing skills.
Familiar with IPC standards and requirements.
Proficient in SMT-related engineering and quality management tools, such as DOE, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, and DFM.
