As an Editor, you will build a clear, reusable visual library that showcases products and installations. You will shape short-form video and photo assets used across e-commerce, social channels, and in-store screens to help customers understand fit, finish, and function.
We move fast but stay practical. You will work closely with our marketing and installation teams and use industry tools to keep assets sharp, searchable, and ready to publish.

Responsibilities
Content Production
Plan and execute photo and short video shoots for products, installations, and lifestyle scenes with clear shot lists and simple storyboards.
Operate cameras, manage basic lighting setups, and direct subjects to capture usable footage and stills.
Deliver ready-to-edit raw files and short cuts that reflect product details and real-world use.
Adapt shoots for e-commerce, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form platforms.
Post-Production & Editing
Edit and assemble video in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, producing social-ready clips and product demos.
Retouch and batch-process photos in Lightroom and Photoshop to meet e-commerce standards.
Color grade, add simple motion graphics, and export media in formats and sizes optimized per channel.
Ensure versions, captions, and metadata are accurate before handoff to publishing.
Asset Management & Collaboration
Maintain an organized file structure and searchable asset library with consistent naming and version control.
Coordinate deliverables and timelines with marketing, sales, and installers to meet campaign schedules.
Monitor basic content performance and suggest quick visual adjustments based on what drives engagement.
Support ad hoc photo requests and on-site installation shoots when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
At least 2 years of practical experience in photo and video editing or related roles, preferably with product work.
A portfolio or showreel with product photos, lifestyle images, or short-form videos demonstrating technical skill and visual judgement.
Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in multimedia, film, photography, or design is preferred.
Comfortable working to quick turnarounds and managing multiple requests from different teams.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro and basic color grading tools such as DaVinci Resolve.
Strong photo editing skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, including retouching and batch workflows.
Familiarity with simple motion graphics tools such as After Effects or Canva for captions and overlays.
Understanding of export settings, compression, file naming, metadata, and social platform specifications.
Soft Skills & Qualities
Good eye for composition, pacing, and detail when presenting products and installations.
Clear communicator who accepts feedback and iterates quickly.
Organized and self-directed, able to prioritize tasks across shoots and edits.
Willingness to learn new tools and stay updated on short-form content trends.
