1. Lead and manage the overall facility operations and maintenance activities.
2. Ensure all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems are functioning efficiently and reliably.
3. Monitor and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
4. Supervise and coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure services are delivered according to agreed standards and SLA.
5. Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.
6. Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and warehouse infrastructure.
7. Manage facility-related incidents, escalations, and emergency response activities.
8. Prepare operational reports, maintenance reports, and performance reviews.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Property Management, or related field.
Experience managing warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or commercial facilities is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Plumbing, and Building Services.
Experience in contractor and vendor management.
