Production Executive Industrial

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing overall production operations within the Industrial Section, ensuring manufacturing activities are carried out efficiently while achieving quality, productivity, and output targets.

- Execute and coordinate activities for production associates to support production quality and cost improvement goals and opportunities.

- Manage and motivate associate, monitoring them to ensure good performance and safety requirements

- Monitor and analyze line performance based on production output and establish countermeasure for improvement and recovery process.

- Increase productivity improvement through process changes, documents, specifications and work instructions.

- Ensure all aspect of an operations or process meet according to specific requirements.

- Work closely with engineers and production executives on improving the machine efficiency, optimizing the process, implement yield improvement and cost reduction programs.

- Lead and manage manufacturing planning for the development and implementation of the production line with related department.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or any related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Able to work in under pressure, tight deadline, independent and self-motivated.
4. Good in communication skills.
5. Good in leadership skill.
