Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics, warehousing, and delivery activities related to OES parts
- Warehouse and Distribution Operations: Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities, while managing inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers, dealers, service centers, and branches, and maintaining inventory accuracy at all times.
- Transport and Freight Management: Manage logistics service providers and freight forwarders while optimizing transportation costs and delivery performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead warehouse, inventory, and logistics personnel, develop staff competencies and performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthen associate quality awareness through Process Quality Genba.
- Safety & Environment: Ensure a safe working environment for all associates and achieve zero accidents and near misses at the workplace through the practice of Stop Call Wait.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain – Production Control or Warehousing.
- Experience managing large teams and complex operations.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and quality control procedures.
- Good in Presentation skills & collaboration
