Role Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
-Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products or services.
-Follow up on customer requests, orders, appointments, and complaints.
-Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex matters when required.
-Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems.
-Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and other departments to resolve customer requests.
-Follow up with customers to ensure issues are properly resolved.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
-Prepare basic reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
-Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Customer-focused, patient, and problem-solving oriented.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
-Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
