Quantity Surveyor

- Assist in Pre-tender to Post-contract stages including closing of final accounts for projects.
- Assist in preparing built-up tender pricing during tender stage
- Responsible for submission of tenders, prepare and manage contracts and highlight / advise on any contractual matters.
- Prepare Tender Analysis upon every tender submission for management’s information and review.
- Prepare contract documents, quantity take-off (if necessary), monitor variation, provide cost estimation and assist in managing cost information.
- Responds to all subcontractors and Main contractor's progress claims.
- Responsible to all projects’ monthly progress claim submission to the customers.
- Project administration and documentation including closing of final accounts with the subcontractors / main contractors.
