Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare technical reports for M&E projects, including incident reports, troubleshooting documentation, testing & commissioning reports, and upgrade evaluations.
2. Actively participate in project mobilization and execution of new 3. Conduct site inspections of M&E systems—especially HVAC—to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair in line with design specifications.
4. Analyze HVAC systems and equipment to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
5. Communicate directly with clients to gather project requirements and provide cost, feasibility, and implementation assessments.
6. Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), scope of work, and proposals for system upgrades or modifications, including cost and timeline estimates.
