Engineer assistant

-Monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth operation according to the production plan
-Support troubleshooting of machines and production lines during breakdowns or process issues
-Verify and follow up on issues reported by operators and q leaders / supervisors
-Ensure machine parameters and settings are maintained according to defined standards
-Monitor product quality (e.g., diameter, surface condition) and take immediate action for any out-of-spec conditions
-Coordinate with QA/QC on quality-related issues and inspections
-Ensure all SOPs and Work Instructions are strictly followed by operators
-Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
-Provide training and guidance to operators on proper work methods and standards
-Other duties assign by immediate superior as and when required.
