Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Description

Analyze production processes, workflows, and layouts to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and optimize labor utilization.

Design and optimize plant layouts, workstations, and production lines for maximum efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, to implement process improvements.

Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify opportunities for further improvement.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps.
