Are you an experienced finance leader with a passion for Accounts Payable transformation, automation, governance, and digital innovation? Join a leading multinational environment and play a key role in shaping the future of finance operations.

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Lead Accounts Payable governance and ensure compliance with global policies, controls, and best practices
✅ Drive finance transformation initiatives including:
* SAP S/4HANA
* AP BPO transitions
* Automation projects
* AI-enabled finance solutions
✅ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience
✅ Partner with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions
✅ Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of new technologies

✅ Analyze operational and financial metrics to support strategic decision-making
✅ Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities
✅ Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize AP processes and implement best practices

What We're Looking For
* ✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
* ✔️ 8+ years of accounting, finance, shared services, or transformation experience
* ✔️ Strong Accounts Payable process knowledge and governance experience
* ✔️ Proven experience leading finance transformation, ERP implementation, or process improvement projects
* ✔️ Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, Ariba, automation tools, or digital finance initiatives
* ✔️ Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities
* ✔️ Experience in Shared Services, GBS, or multinational environments preferred
* ✔️ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
