• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols. Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing manuals to assemble machines accurately.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls using tools such as multimeters and amp meters.
• Plan and execute assembly procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Assemble complex mechanical units requiring precision alignment, calibration, and skilled workmanship.
• Inspect parts and sub-assemblies for dimensional accuracy and proper finish.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Participate in cross-training and skill development across product families.
• Complete required certifications within specified timelines to support operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
