1. Bending Machine Maintenance

1.1 Lead and supervise the maintenance activities of the bending machine within the designated Bending Station.

1.2 Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including:

Belt tension checks
Calibration adjustments
Ensure optimal functioning of the bending machine

1.3 Promptly address any malfunctions specific to the bending machine to minimize downtime within the Bending Station.

2. Guidance and Training

2.1 Develop a comprehensive training program for new employees within the Bending Station, focusing on:

Operation of the bending machine
Maintenance of the bending machine

2.2 Provide hands-on training covering:

Safety protocols
Machine setup
Troubleshooting related to the bending machine
3. Spare Parts Management

3.1 Manage the inventory of bending machine spare parts, including:

Back gauge fingers
Limit switches
Sensors
Driving belts

3.2 Regularly assess spare parts levels within the Bending Station.

3.3 Initiate replenishment by preparing a Purchase Request (PR) for required spare parts, to be signed by the Production Manager.

3.4 Communicate the approved PR to Procurement for the timely acquisition of required spare parts for the bending machine.

4. Production Performance Oversight and MES System Leadership

4.1 Monitor and oversee production performance within the Bending Station.

4.2 Ensure production targets are met within allotted working hours, including overtime if necessary.

4.3 Lead the team in utilizing the MES system for reporting production output within the Bending Station.

4.4 Provide guidance to the team within the Bending Station for:

Efficient data entry
Effective utilization of the MES system
