SHIPPING OFFICER

Knowledge in Custom LMW requirement. LMW license renewal, application of additional item to LMW material list, other requirement related on custom procedure, liaise with government authority customs & others.

Coordinating and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments.

Import & Export shipment related (local & overseas) such as truck booking arrangement & monitoring for export & import.

Ensure accurately preparation of shipping document and meet customers’ need and requirement.

Monitor and track all delivery status or changes and communicate the status to all relevant parties.

Handling and resolving any issues with delayed shipments, lost or damaged items and customer complaints.

Liaise with forwarder on custom clearance.

Ensure freight forwarder perform custom clearance as per requirement.

Prepare full set of shipping documents to customer correctly and accurately.
