Product Manufacturing Engineer

Job responsibilities

According to the development needs to complete the new product introduction work, complete the IPD project manufacturing-related development work and tasks, including not limited to tooling development, process development, production line construction;

Analyze and improve major quality problems, improve product yield and once through the rate, including products from new product introduction to mass production of all processes;

For the product process and product testing procedures, establish factory technical standards, provide technical support to reduce product manufacturing costs and efficiency improvements, as well as coordination with the supply chain and R&D departments

As the connection between R&D and the factory, to assist in product hardware and software validation work, engineering change confirmation；

As a member of the project to participate in promoting the factory lean process, provide technical solutions;

The formation of a strong and solid engineering team, if there is a business need to go to headquarters for training.
