Warehouse Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:
1) Coordinate shipments, receipts, and follow-ups for external metal treatment processes (galvanizing, electroplating, powder coating) to prevent manufacturing bottlenecks.
2) Monitor the complete movement of components through fabrication, surface treatment, assembly, and final delivery readiness.
3) Assign daily job orders, provide work instructions, and supervise general laborers as well as foreign workers on the assembly and warehouse floor.
4) Supervise the in-house assembly of playground equipment components to ensure adherence to technical drawings, design specifications, and company ISO certified company.
5) Monitor stock levels for assembly hardware (fasteners, clamps, plastic caps, ropes, connectors) and submit Purchase Requisitions (PR) to purchasing.
6) Packing, Tagging & Dispatch Preparation: Generate delivery checklists, verify Accounts-approved Delivery Orders (DO), and ensure accurate component tagging (particularly for container shipments).
7) Liaise closely with the production supervisor, project engineering teams, and management regarding project milestones and estimated times of arrival (ETA) at customer sites.
8) Update laptop project trackers daily, conduct weekly WIP reviews, and compile monthly delay analysis and assembly productivity reports.
