L3 Network Engineer (Johor)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide L3 technical support and troubleshoot complex enterprise network issues.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN and wireless networks.
- Support Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Juniper, Meraki and UniFi technologies.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Implement network upgrades, migrations and configuration changes.
- Prepare technical documentation and implementation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure network stability and security.
- Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 engineers and participate in major incident management.

Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.
- *5–8+ years of network engineering experience*, with strong L3 troubleshooting skills.
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise network infrastructure, routing and switching.
- Proficiency in *Cisco, FortiGate and wireless networking*.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, VPN and firewall management.
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
- CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to provide 24/7 on-call support and work outside normal hours when required.
