No prior auditing experience is required. Comprehensive operational training, standardized checklist frameworks, and report writing guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

- Standards Assessment: Audit stores against strict brand standards covering food safety, sanitation, cold chain integrity, operational procedures, customer service, and promotional compliance.
- Audit Reporting: Compile clear, objective, and accurate post-audit reports detailing non-conformances, root causes, and photographic evidence.
- Corrective Action Plans (CAP): Collaborate with restaurant managers and franchisees to outline actionable remediation steps to fix identified operational gaps before official evaluations.
- Pass-Rate Optimization: Monitor store score trends, track repeat infractions, and provide targeted operational coaching to elevate overall franchise audit readiness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Fresh graduates holding a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Hospitality/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is a strict requirement for compiling audit logs, data tracking, and generating structured compliance reports.
- Skills: Strong observational skills, high attention to detail, and unbiased judgment.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for generating professional audit reports and giving constructive feedback to franchise owners.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally across assigned store locations (possessing valid transport is preferred).
- Mindset: Firm yet collaborative approach to driving operational compliance.
What We Offer
- Full structured training on regional restaurant evaluation frameworks (REV) and audit methodologies.
- Continuous mentorship in commercial report writing and compliance coaching.
- Direct exposure to multi-unit franchise management and field operations.
