Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store and issue incoming stock and materials.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
- Assist project teams and staff in locating and obtaining required materials.
- Prepare and maintain stock records, material issue/return records and delivery orders.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and complies with safety requirements.
- Ensure items are properly labelled and stored in the correct location and condition.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures and report any damage or hazards.
- Perform other store and warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- SPM or above; Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and correspondence skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player.
- Able to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Willing to travel / perform outstation duties when required.
