## JOB SCOPE – PROMOTER

1. Product Promotion – Promote and introduce Dermacol products to customers.
2. Customer Service – Assist customers and provide product information, recommendations and demonstrations.
3. Sales Achievement – Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
4. Product Knowledge – Understand product benefits, usage, shades and pricing.
5. Stock Management – Monitor product availability, arrange products and report low stock.
6. Display & Merchandising – Ensure product displays, testers and shelves are clean, neat and attractive.
7. Customer Engagement – Approach customers actively and encourage product trials and purchases.
8. Sales Reporting – Submit daily sales reports and update sales records.
9. Outlet Compliance – Follow outlet rules, company SOP and working schedules.
10. Professional Appearance – Maintain a neat appearance, punctuality and professional attitude.
