💼 Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer service guidance, resolve inventory issues, and manage escalations.
- Train and mentor Customer Service Representatives, support onboarding, and facilitate system improvements and upgrades.
- Assist with order entry, phone coverage, and regional support via SFDC.
- Manage consignment stock planning and coordinate with warehouse personnel on shipping schedules and inventory cycle counts.
