Responsible to the mould retrieval, storage; set up and shut down activities.
Ensure the quality of the moulded part meets the required specification.
Machine parameter setting.
Ensure all ‘white product’ mould have proper cleaning & maintenance before tool up.
Problem solving on the line:
a) Running part suck at mould
b) Nozzle stuck (open & clean the nozzle head)
c) Robot and machine alarm
d) Monitoring
e) Change SQ pin (for Starlight only)
f) Housekeeping of the machine.
