Customer Experience Internship

JOB PURPOSE
To support the Customer Experience team in delivering excellent patient service by assisting with daily customer service operations, patient enquiries, feedback management, and administrative tasks to ensure a positive and seamless patient experience.

DUTIES
- Assist the Customer Experience team in handling patient enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Support patient registration, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate patient communication records and update relevant information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents related to customer experience.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with the organisation's policies, procedures, and data protection requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must have at least SPM, Diploma of Communication or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese or other languages is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable, empathetic, and customer-oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with patients and colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to commit to the internship period required by the educational institution.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
