Waiter / Food Service Crew / Takeaway Packaging Crew

Job Summary

PREMAM RESTAURANT is looking for hardworking, responsible, and customer-oriented staff to assist with food serving, customer service, order preparation, and takeaway food packaging. The successful candidates will help ensure accurate food orders, timely service, proper food handling, and a clean dining and working environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome customers, take food and beverage orders, and provide friendly customer service.
2. Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately.
3. Pack takeaway and delivery orders according to customer requests and restaurant standards.
4. Check food orders carefully to ensure the correct items, quantities, and accompaniments are included before packing.
5. Prepare takeaway containers, cutlery, tissues, sauces, and other necessary packaging materials.
6. Assist in preparing and arranging food items for takeaway and delivery orders.
7. Coordinate with kitchen staff, cashiers, and delivery personnel to ensure orders are completed on time.
8. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, food service counter, and packaging station.
9. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
10. Refill food packaging materials and report low stock levels to the supervisor.
11. Assist with table cleaning, dish collection, and general restaurant housekeeping when required.
12. Perform other duties assigned by restaurant management.

Job Requirements

* No formal qualifications required; relevant restaurant experience will be an advantage.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team.
* Careful and attentive when checking and packing food orders.
* Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
* Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
