Assistant Project Engineer

Requirements
1. Diploma Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant fields, with a strong interest in agriculture and agricultural projects.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in agriculture, irrigation, water management, drone, manufacturing, or engineering projects are preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an advantage.
4. Basic understanding of agricultural equipment, irrigation systems, machinery, or technical processes is an advantage.
5. Strong interest in agriculture, agricultural technology, equipment, and project development.
6. Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
7. Able to work closely with the Project Manager, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to support project implementation.

2. Assistant Project Engineer – Key Responsibilities
3. Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and effective project execution.
4. Prepare project documentation including drawings, quotations, Bill of Materials (BOM), reports, checklists, meeting minutes, and technical documents.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams on materials, equipment, installation, delivery, and overall project progress.
6. Assist in site supervision including equipment installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, and other project site activities.
7. Coordinate with the Warehouse Team during assembly and delivery phases, including BOM verification, material movement for assembly, and finished goods delivery to customers.
8. Monitor project progress and highlight any delays, technical issues, material shortages, or other concerns to the Project Manager.
9. Assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions for equipment or system issues, as well as preventive maintenance activities.
10. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
11. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and reduce equipment or process downtime.
12. Maintain proper project records including drawings, specifications, equipment manuals, inspection reports, commissioning documents, and other technical records.
13. Conduct training and product/system demonstrations for clients and internal teams to ensure proper understanding, operation, and handling of project equipment or systems.
14. Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
