Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for construction projects
Measure and value work done on-site for progress claims and payments
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on costing matters
Monitor project costs and budget to ensure cost control throughout the project
Assist in preparing variation orders and final account
Support BIM modeling work where applicable
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Candidates with civil engineering / construction site experience will be prioritized
Knowledge of BIM modeling is an added advantage and will be prioritized
Have at least 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor
